Textile art has always been close to my heart and has surrounded me all my life. I’ve always been drawn to the flexibility of the medium and its infinite possibilities because my inspiration comes from an infinite number of experiences: travels abroad, friends, family, etc. Most importantly, though, it is this very artistic and eclectic influence with which I surround myself that has given me the freedom to explore these very inspirations. My work utilizes a combination of processes with a primary focus on screen-printing and embroidery, by stretching fabric over a frame thereby creating a multi-sensory experience.
